BASKET RAFFLE – Get your items to your child’s teacher for the classroom basket.

SODA – Send in your 12 pack of soda (1 12 pack per family).  This will be used for prizes.

PHYSICALS/EYE EXAMS – DEADLINE OCT. 15TH. – Students in grades K and 6th are required to get an updated physical and shots (if needed).  Students entering Kindergarten and any new students are required to get an eye exam.  Please get your appointments made and take care of this before the deadline.  Any student not in compliance by the deadline will not be allowed in school until it is taken care of.

GAME COLLECTION – SPELLING L E A D E R S – Were off to a great start!  Several classes have already met their quota for getting the first letter (L) and have started on the next letter.  We need EVERYONE in the whole school to bring in those Box Tops, Hyvee UPC’s, Campbells Soup Labels, Drink Pouches, etc.  A sheet was sent home last week with everything on it that we are saving.

TERRA NOVA TESTING – Grades 2nd – 8th will begin the standardized testing Sept. 13th through Sept. 24th.  Please make sure your child has a healthy breakfast to start the day as well as a good night’s sleep.  This test is just one tool of identifying your child’s strengths and weaknesses but a very important tool.  Please make all efforts to give your child the best start each day for these tests.

CANDY BAR KICK-OFF – Please read the enclosed flyer about this important fundraiser.
